The welcome felt wonderfully warm, it was like stepping into a familiar home. the room was clean and fresh, the double bed led to an open-air bathroom. the spa provided a peaceful atmosphere with excellent service. I enjoyed a manicure, pedicure, and back massage.
i was a bit disappointed by the lack of a proper tax invoice upon request. the explanation that they are a small business did not feel entirely accurate. the reception's handling of the situation was not ideal and it left me feeling as if the matter could not be resolved.

the resort location offered great privacy and a secluded feel.
I was disappointed by the noise. The cleaning staff chatted loudly on walkie-talkies during cleaning. This woke me UP repeatedly, and the staff did NOT resolve the issue after i complained. also, toiletries were not replenished during my five-day stay. I had to use two small tubes of toothpaste for five days!

The resort has two different beaches, i was charmed! the breakfast was excellent. there were free bicycles available. That was great.
When i asked for a tax invoice, they didn't provide one! they explained they are a small business. the reception's management of this issue was really bad. I felt helpless.
